As part of a strategic goal of defining and spreading the message of "Culture-Powered Marketing", we realized the need for proving the value of investing in organizational culture in the first place.
The good news is that there's a ton of research out there from reputable sources like Gallup and interesting industry thought leaders like Roundpegg. Our challenge was to compile as much of this as possible into a library and pull out the juiciest nuggets to use within the story arc of an infographic.
Here's a whiteboard sketch (outline) of the collaborative process led by Drew and myself. Next up is copywriting and design!
