Today we had a rousing kickoff meeting for our website and brand discovery project. Dawn led us through a goal-setting exercise that was a bit experimental — we normally walk through the exercise by writing down what success looks like in a year/after launch/at some relevant milestone. This time, we evaluated our website and brand through a number of lenses:
- What should be eliminated?
- What should be created?
- What should we accept?
- What should we preserve?
In each of those groups we uncovered a lot of alignment in a number of sub-themes. We'll be evaluating these themes as we move through the discovery process and identifying which ones resonate the most as we seek to make recommendations around our branding and website.
