Today a few of us are creating Project Personas in preparation for a "Team Scrimmage" later this week.
Lydia, Tyler, Drew and I are creating "fictional" client and project 'briefs' that we'll then use in a group exercise later in the week. As a group, we'll whiteboard or otherwise "map out" how different types of projects will flow within our new team structure. Find out where key transition points are, who's responsible at what point, etc. We're hoping to not only get clarity and definition around our internal processes, but also identify any new processes needed and uncover any potential challenges that might need to be addressed as we transition.
