We say it every single time we embark on our next Factory Week. Let's be disciplined and only choose projects we know we can complete, and Let's only do a couple of things really well, instead of ALL OF THE THINGS. Put a bunch of optimists wired for continual growth in a room together, and see how hard it is to stay disciplined! But we're swearing by it this time. We know we're pointing our Discovery process at our selves... and we may have a couple of other things up our sleeves. But if you hear us start talking about twelve projects, you have permission to tweet-shame us! The action took place August 10-14, 2015.
