The seventh running of Factory Week took place August 18 - 22, 2014. We haven't gotten the seven year itch... the timing of twice per year continues to prove just about right. By the time this one came around, we had a nice, but simple list of must-do items. We set out to tackle just a few things: working on our employee experience hub, making some updates to our website, revising and visualizing 'the SmallBox Way,' refining a few services, and auditing the tools we use.
Seven Factory Weeks have transformed who SmallBox is, and how our team works.
