Historically, Factory Week has been a time of self reflection and a time to focus on our energy on SmallBox related projects. When it came time for planning this year, we found that our energy and passions were external, and we decided to spend the week focusing on someone else.
Enter the idea of Sprint for Good.
Having already identified an organization we felt compelled to work with, we reached out to see if they would be interested and luckily for us, they said yes!
So for this edition of Factory Week, we're thrilled to be working with Exodus Refugee – an organization dedicated to the protection of human rights by serving the resettlement needs of refugees from all over the world and welcoming them in Indiana. As a team, this is something we really care about and we're thrilled to use our skills to help their cause.
