That's an exact quote I overheard earlier as were settling in for our summer Factory Week session. Elizabeth usually hooks us up with a vegetarian (loads of spinach!) and a meaty casserole on the first day of Factory Week, and she never skimps on the goodness.
Here's our awesome chef! She makes great sweet treats too--even gluten-free ones (crazy, right!).
