Dan and Emily are really taking one for the team. They are soon to embark on a 3 hour test-taking journey that will prove their mastery of Google AdWords. Since it isn't the most fun Factory Week project of all time, Jeb has offered up sushi or records as an incentive when they pass the test.

While most of us at SmallBox can extract a few insights out of Google Analytics, these two are crazy sharp with parsing data and reporting on all things web marketing. They're also working on a custom marketing reporting tool that will use insights from Google and loads of other places on the web.

Just look how awesome their concentration faces are. For serious. Total brainiacs.
